Natifly traveler terms
Natifly is operated by Tuffice LLC. These terms govern use of Natifly accounts, community features, creator tools, memberships, trip planning, flight services, and support. Additional conditions shown during a specific transaction or supplied by a travel provider may also apply.

Your account and responsibility
Security controls
Natifly may require verification, recent sign-in, session revocation, or other security checks before sensitive account actions. Security protections may change as abuse and account risks evolve.
Community, creator content, and acceptable use
Natifly is a social travel platform. Publishing and community features must be used in ways that respect other people, intellectual property, platform integrity, and applicable law.
Your content
You remain responsible for content you publish or submit. You must have the rights needed to post text, photos, links, and other materials, and you must not publish unlawful, deceptive, privacy-invasive, or infringing content.
Platform integrity
Do not impersonate others, manipulate views or engagement, automate abusive traffic, interfere with security, evade moderation, exploit rate limits, or attempt to create false earnings, bookings, payout status, or account standing.
Creator access, memberships, and earnings
Creator access
Creator approval, verification, publishing permissions, and creator tier are separate from a standard traveler account and may be reviewed, restricted, or removed under platform rules.
Memberships
Paid creator memberships, where offered, are recurring products with the price, billing interval, entitlements, limits, and cancellation timing shown in the account and purchase flow. Cancellation may take effect at the end of the current billing period rather than immediately.
Creator earnings and Community Support
Qualified-view earnings and Community Support are separate creator earning paths. Audience activity is subject to qualification and integrity controls. Community Support uses the creator/platform split described in the published Creator Earnings & Community Support Policy. Refunds, disputes, eligibility, payout minimums, provider requirements, and applicable legal or tax requirements can affect the amount or timing of money available to a creator.
Flight discovery and trip planning
Prices and availability
Flight offers, schedules, baggage allowances, fare rules, and availability are supplied by travel providers and may change or expire. Search results and saved trip plans are not reservations or fare guarantees.
Trip records
A saved trip, checkout draft, or other planning record helps organize a journey but does not create a right to travel. Natifly may refresh supplier information before allowing a booking-related action.
Bookings, payments, and airline tickets
Flight purchasing and servicing capabilities can vary by account, market, supplier, and product availability. A transaction should be treated according to the status shown in Natifly and the confirmation actually issued by the relevant travel supplier or airline.
Payment
Where payment is offered, secure payment components may be provided by a payment processor. Natifly does not store full card-number fields. The amount, currency, and applicable purchase disclosures must be reviewed before you authorize payment.
Supplier confirmation
A Natifly booking record may contain booking and supplier-reference information, but it is not by itself an airline ticket. A usable right to travel depends on valid supplier or airline confirmation and any ticket documents required for the journey.
Changes, cancellations, and refunds
Where servicing is available, airline and supplier fare rules, deadlines, fees, and payment conditions apply. Natifly does not promise a cancellation, change, or refund capability unless that option is actually presented for the booking.
Moderation, suspension, and service changes
Natifly may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or close accounts to protect users, investigate abuse, enforce these terms, comply with law, or preserve platform integrity. Features can be added, changed, limited, or removed as the product develops. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
