What to expect

Long ticket-office queues can eat into a Vatican visit. Timed entry to the Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel lets you explore independently, or you can add a licensed-guide tour for context on the collections and Renaissance art. • Ticket Not Received? If you don't receive your ticket 1 hour before, please check your spam folder and then contact us immediately. We cannot assist with requests after your entry time has passed.
• Tickets are valid only for the booked date and time, and entry may be scheduled up to one hour before or after your selected slot. No meeting point is required
• All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Tickets are nominative and must match a valid photo ID
• Please be punctual, late arrivals may be refused entry
• Skip-the-line access bypasses the ticket office but not security
• Dress code enforced: shoulders and knees must be covered
• If you booked a guided tour, please go directly to the designated meeting point and arrive at least 30 minutes early
