What to expect

In remembrance of the tragic events that took place on September 11, 2001, visit the landmarks of Ground Zero, including the National September 11 Memorial, with a guide who has a personal connection to that day. Pre-booking guarantees your spot, and the museum is filled with artifacts to enrich your experience. You can upgrade for a VIP guided tour or a self-guided visit with your skip-the-line ticket.

• We offer two upgrades for the 9/11 Museum. You can either tour the exhibits with a guide or get a skip-the-line ticket to visit on your own. If you choose the ticket option, be sure to arrive during your timed entry window as the museum reserves the right to deny admission if you miss this. With both options, you can stay as long as you like after entering. There’s a security checkpoint, and all large bags must be checked.
