- Guests must be able to go up and down 3 steps to get on the busses. We cannot guarantee seating availability- purchase of a ticket serves as access to the transportation, not a guarantee of a seat.
- Tours run with hourly departures from 9am to 3pm, with the last bus finishing their loop at 5pm. Tickets are good for the date of purchase and the following day (despite saying that they begin at 5pm, that is in fact when the tour ends).
