This Information is provided, also pursuant to art. 13 of the legislative decree n. 196/2003 – Personal Data Protection Code, to visitors (the “Visitors”) of the Internet site www.natifly.com (hereinafter, the “Site”), with the purpose of informing them about the purposes and methods of processing personal data concerning them. Visitors who decide to register for the newsletter on the Site are requested to also read the specific privacy policy for them, which can be viewed below in the “Privacy newsletter” section.

a) Navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this Site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This is information that is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but which by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow visitors to be identified.
This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by the Visitors who connect to the Website, the addresses in Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (success, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the visitor’s computer environment.
These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the Site and to check its correct functioning and are deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical IT crimes to the detriment of the Website: apart from this possibility, at present the data on web contacts do not persist for more than seven days.
No personal data of the Visitors is acquired by the Site in this regard.

(ii) Monitoring cookies: the Company uses the Google Analytics service of the company Google, Inc. (hereafter referred to as “Google”) for the generation of statistics on the use of the Website; Google Analytics uses cookies (not third parties) that do not store personal data. The information obtainable from cookies on the use of the Site by the Visitors (including IP addresses) will be transmitted by the browser of the Visited to Google, located at 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States, and deposited at the servers of the company itself. The subjects to whom the personal data refer have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of the same data and to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy or request its integration or updating, or rectification (Article 7 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003). Pursuant to the same article, you have the right to request cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, and to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, to their processing.
